Break Room

Our mission is to ensure your clients receive the care and attention they deserve. We will directly contact each participant with the expectation to deliver plan specific education and verify they understand the value of the retirement plan. This is achieved during scheduled phone calls and virtual visits.

Participant Education Services
Advisor’s (k)are Solution will complete an annual outreach campaign to all participants and eligible employees. In addition, information about the investment options under the Plan (e.g., investment objectives, risk/return characteristics and historical performance), investment concepts (e.g., diversification, asset classes and risk and return), the determination of investment time horizons and the assessment of risk tolerance will be provided.

Point In Time Advice
Advisor’s (k)are Solution will make available to Plan Participants “Point in Time” recommendation and investment advice regarding the Plan’s investment options.

Email (k)ampaign

The email (k)ampaign tool is integrated with Standard of (k)are™ allowing you to quickly communicate important information to clients and participants. The tool is built to assist you with record retention and compliance requirements.

(k)ustom Education

Through the (k)ustom Education program you are able to enroll participants to receive automated, actionable reminders directly to their email of choice when it is relevant to them in order to prompt action and work towards improving retirement outcomes.

Financial (k)oaching

Using a fact-finding questionnaire you are able to easily identify areas participants may be interested in receiving (k)oaching beyond the 401(k). Easily follow-up with email ready content from the library of relatable articles and financial wellness information.
